LaNette Aleka

Principal

Welcome to the school of Business and Innovation (North Victorville). I am honored to join this incredible community as your new principal and am eager to work together to create a nurturing and dynamic environment  where every student can thrive. My Goal is to build a strong sense of community and ensure that all students feel supported, inspired, and equipped to achieve their full potential.

At SBI, our commitment to academic excellence and fostering a safe, inclusive environment remains steadfast. We value the vital partnership between parents, students, and staff, and I look forward to collaborating with you to ensure the success of every child. Our shared decision "Together, Preparing Students to Be Successful Adults,"  guides our efforts to provide meaningful opportunities for growth and achievement.

Allow me to share a bit about my self. I bring 20 years of experience in education, during which I have held various roles that deepened my dedication to fostering a thriving and supportive school environment. For the past 11 years, I've proudly been a past of Excelsior, spending six years at North Victorville and the last four years at our Redlands campus. During this time, I have had the privilege of teaching English, working in curriculum development, coaching teachers and staff, and contributing to other leadership capacities. These experiences have been profoundly rewarding, and I am thrilled to bring my passion and expertise back to SBI.

I firmly believe that strong communication between home and school is essential to student success. Your involvement and support play a critical role in shaping a positive educational experience for our students. Please. do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, ideas, or concerns.

Together, we will make this a fantastic year filled with learning, growth, and achievement. I look forward to meeting and working with each of you as we embark on this exciting journey.
