My name is Michael Moore and I am honored to serve as your principal at Excelsior’s School of Business & Innovation – our campus in North Victorville.

Looking back at myself as a student in high school: I, in all honesty, did not embrace education! A big part of my personal “resilience” was my own high school experience. Too often, I met teachers who discouraged me by looking at misses rather than successes; Teachers who were stressing failure rather than helping me thrive. Instead of proving those teachers wrong, I gave in and fulfilled their prophecies...
